SPEAKERS BIO :
Kiran Ragireddy – Recruitment Leader, HR – IBM
Kiran is Leader Talent Acquisition – APAC (Includes China Subsidiary TA) for IBM, based in Shanghai. Prior to working for IBM, Kiran was Recruitment Head of Infosys China. With experience of more than 9 years in the APAC region, Kiran has developed understanding for the culture and norms of the region. This clubbed with analytical ability, Negotiation skills, Relationship & Networking ability, communication skill, Conflict management, Crisis management and influencing skills. Kiran holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration – Specialized in Human Resources.
Robert Zhou – Senior HR Manager, TF Securities
Robert is a Senior HR Manager for TF Securities and part-time e-commerce lecturer for undergraduates in Hangzhou university. Prior to working for TF Securities Robert was a VP of Operations of Cisco-Webex Hangzhou software development site, where he built a team from 170 to 420 people. He is an expert of university relationship & government relationship for software development site operations. Robert holds a MBA degree in New York Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Zhejiang University
Tom Wang – IT Practice Leader, ZW HR Consulting
Tom specializes in serving the recruitment needs of global and local technology companies in the Telecommunications, Software, Hardware, and IT industries and professional services throughout China. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management form the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
