3) 与供应商技术交流，保持最新的技术定义
Interface with supplier, maintain the updating of technical definition
4) 内部技术支持：物流、质量、SQA和销售等
Interface with internal quality, SQA, logistic & Sales, …
2. 协助管理产品变更Assist to management of production change
1) 负责对来自客户、内部和供应商的产品变更方面的ECR/RCO的评估
Evaluate the ECR/ECO change from customer、internal and suppliers
2) 负责与上海办公室就产品更改方面的ECR/ECO有关的文件资料进行协调
Coordinate the document with shanghai office for the ECR/ECO which related with production changes
3. 主持技术降成本VAVE
1) 材料和零部件国产化认可Validate the localization of Material and parts.
2) 发起VA/VE，并组织VA/VE方案的认可和实施
Launch the VA/VE, Validate and implement the proposals of VA/VE
3) 主导VAVE案件发掘
Champion VAVE Study
4) 组织竞争对手车型座椅价值工程价值分析
Champion Benchmarking Study
4. 新产品先期策划
Advanced plan of new product
1) 新产品先期策划

2) 提交技术方案、样件试制及其客户认可
Technical proposal, prototype and validation from customer
3) 检查来自设计部门的BOM 和产品图纸
Check the BOM, drawings & specification from design dept.
4) 协助实现新产品工业化
Assist the industrialization of new product
5) 参与新产品设计，及时向上海设计反馈现生产产品设计问题
To Involve in new product design, and as window to feedback the design problem of serials product to SH engineering
5. 质量改进Quality Improvement
1) 参与日常产品质量持续改进活动
Be involved in continuous quality improvement activities daily
2) 负责与产品定义相关的质量改进
Be charge of quality improvement concerning product definition
3) 结合制造要求确定适宜的技术改进方案
Identify the best product engineering proposal with manufacturing consideration
6. 新技术及产品开发
New Technique and production exploitation
1) 主持开发适用于调角器的新技术
Leading exploitation of New recliner Technique
2) 将公司的新技术申请专利保护
Apply for new Technique patent protection
3) 主持开发间的日常管理工作（包括人员及工作任务的安排）
Manage the daily activity of development work shop (including the people resource and working task)

任职要求：
汽车座椅产品开发或制造企业8年以上技术工作经验
8years working experience in Product exploitation or automobile industry
