职位描述:
配合业务战略制定人员战略,推动组织人员整合及能力发展,根据战略计划实施相关工作。
Develop HR strategies in line with business strategies, drive organization and capabilities integration and development, and implement HR process/programs/projects/initiatives according to HR strategy.
结合业务战略和集团人力资源体系,建立人力资源体系(人才招聘及保留、绩效与薪资福利管理、人才与组织发展、员工关系和工会协调、人力资源信息系统建设等)并确保有效沟通和实施,并不断优化已有的人力资源体系。
Establish HR system (talent acquisition, compensation & benefits management, performance management, talent and organization development, Employee Relations, Labor Union coordination and HR information system construction) based on business strategy and group human resource system, and ensure effective communication, implementation and optimization.
协助业务领导开展团队建设、贯彻企业文化、提升雇主品牌、吸引并保留关键人才。
Support BU Leader and core management team in team building, implementing corporate culture, enhancing employer branding, for attracting and retaining key talent purpose.
与业务团队紧密合作,及时了解业务需求并提供有效的人力资源解决方案,执行追踪并评估方案效果。
Work closely with business team, build business partnership to understand business requirements and provide effective HR solutions. Track and evaluate program effectiveness.
与集团人力资源部协同,收集、整理并及时提交有质量的人力资源相关数据信息和报告,获得集团条线支持,落地并推进集团各类人力资源项目。
Cooperate with the overseas HR team for qualified HR data collection, consolidation and analysis, get group HR function support, ensure the efficient implementation of Group HR programs and projects.
任职要求:
1.人力资源通才(全职能,至少是招聘或薪酬,外加培训、员工关系等任何一项作为基础要求),合格的人力资源业务伙伴。
HR Generalist with solid experience in Recruiting, C&B, Training and Employee Relations, matured HRBP
2.有足够的人力资源体系化建设能力包括思路和具体落地措施。
Strong capability for HR systematic construction, including strategic mind and implementation plan.
3.有足够的远程支持、管理、控制能力,能够支持北美国家的业务,具备多元文化的包容性。
Strong capability of remote support, management and control, to support businesses in North America countries, with culturally inclusive mind.
4.较强的团队领导力和影响力。
Strong Leadership and influence skill.
5.能够较频繁地进行国家间出差。
