职位描述:
1) In charge of the overall work of the department, organize and supervise the department staff to fully complete the tasks within the scope of their responsibilities.
负责主持本部门的全面工作,组织并督促部门人员全面完成职责范围内各项工作任务。
2) In charge of the establishment, modification and update of the company rules and regulations and supervise the implementation.
负责公司规章制度的建立、修改及更新工作并监督执行情况。
3) Responsible for the company’s administrative work, allocate, supervise, audit and control various administrative expenses reasonably.
负责公司行政与后勤工作,合理分配、督导、审核和控制各类行政支出费用。
4) Responsible for the recruitment, use, management and development of human resources, control the labor costs under the premise of ensuring reasonable allocation.
负责人力资源的招聘、使用、管理和开发,在保证合理配置的前提下控制人力成本。
5) In charge of personnel training, assessment, rewards and punishment, implement the appointment, removal and deployment of human resources.
负责人员的培训、考核、奖惩工作,落实人力资源的任免和调配工作。
6) Calculate and check monthly salary of employees correctly and ensure timely payment.
负责正确结算、审核每月员工工资,确保按时发放。
7) Responsible for the planning and implementation of corporate culture.
负责企业文化策划和组织实施工作。
8) Responsible for the company’s external affairs contact and handling.
负责公司对外事务联系和办理。
9) Responsible for the implementation of relevant labor laws and regulations of the local government and company rules and regulations and dealing with labor disputes.
负责组织《劳动法》及地方政府有关劳动法规和公司规章制度的贯彻落实,处理人事劳资纠纷。
10)Regularly or irregularly preside over the regular meetings of the department, arrange, inspect and summarize the work, organize the business learning of department staff in order to improve the management level and business skills.
定期或不定期主持召开本部门工作例会,布置、检查、总结工作,并组织本部门员工的业务学习,提高行政人事管理水平和业务技能。
11)Finish other tasks assigned by leaders on time.
按时完成公司领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource is preferred.
本科以上学历,人力资源专业优先。
2) More than 8 years of human resources related work experience and 3 years of management work experience, foreign manufacturing management experience is preferred.
8年以上人力资源相关工作经验,管理工作经验3年以上,有外资制造业管理经验优先。
3) Familiar with the major modules of human resource management.
熟悉人力资源管理的各大模块。
4) Familiar with labor laws and regulations of local.
熟悉劳动人事相关法律法规。
5) Good communication skills, strong principles, fair and impartial when dealing with things.
具有良好的沟通能力,原则性强,处理事情公平公正。
6) Have a certain leadership ability and a high sense of responsibility.
具有一定领导能力,有高度的责任心。
